Booking Terms
Everything covered before, during, and after your session — what secures your date, when your gallery arrives, and how your images may be used.
BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING
- To reserve your session date, a non-refundable $150 retainer is required. Your date will be officially secured once the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session and may be paid in cash, through Zelle, or via Venmo.
- If you need to move your session to a different date after booking, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests.
GALLERY, DELIVERY, AND IMAGE SELECTION
- Within 10 days of your session, I will thoughtfully select and professionally edit the strongest images from your gallery. You will then receive the number of edited images included in your package, as well as access to a private selection gallery where you may choose 5 additional images, in case there are special moments you would love to include that I may have overlooked.
- Any additional images beyond these 5 are available for $20 each.
PHOTO USE AND MODEL RELEASE
- By booking a session with Anastasia Bellone, you give permission for photographs and other visual content from your session to be used for business and promotional purposes. This may include Anastasia Bellone’s portfolio, website, social media, printed materials, studio samples, and other marketing or editorial uses. All images will be used thoughtfully and only in connection with promoting Anastasia Bellone’s work. Anastasia Bellone reserves the right to stop using any image at any time.
- If your session includes a baby or child, only the child’s first name will ever be used, if any name is mentioned at all. Social media tagging is always left up to the parents.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- All images created during your session remain the copyrighted property of Anastasia Bellone. Clients receive personal use rights to their purchased images, which means you are welcome to print them and share them online for personal use. When posting images on social media or online, please credit Anastasia Bellone as the photographer whenever possible and include a tag when practical.
- Once your final images have been delivered, we strongly recommend downloading and backing them up right away. Anastasia Bellone is not responsible for lost or damaged files after delivery and is not required to keep permanent backup copies of your gallery.
- Images may not be sold, altered for commercial use, or presented as the work of anyone other than Anastasia Bellone. For the best print quality, professional labs are always recommended. Please note that Anastasia Bellone cannot guarantee the quality of prints made through non-professional consumer printers or labs.
- Please do not apply filters or edit images for public sharing — they are delivered print-ready.
LIABILITY
- Your comfort and safety are always important. By participating in a session, you understand that Anastasia Bellone is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the session or while traveling to and from it.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the session. By booking, you agree to release Anastasia Bellone from liability for any claims related to personal injury, property damage, theft, or other incidents connected to the session.
