How Anastasia Bellone Photography collects, uses, and stores the personal information you provide through this website.
What is collected
The only information collected through this website is what you type into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
- The type of session you are interested in
- Your preferred session date, if you provide one
- The message you write
Nothing else is gathered. This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts, so your browsing of these pages is not recorded or profiled.
How it is used
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list by submitting the form.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, its contents are sent as an email to hello@anastasiabellone.com through Resend, an email delivery service. The submission is not written to a database — it lives in that email inbox, and in Resend’s delivery logs, in the same way an email you sent directly would.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data such as IP addresses as part of delivering the site securely. Photographs shown on the site are stored with Supabase and Vercel Blob storage. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
No cookies are set for visitors to this website. A single session cookie is used to keep the site owner signed in to the private admin area; it is never issued to anyone browsing the public pages.
Photographs from your session
How your session photographs may be used — including the model release, consent, and the specific protections that apply to images of children and to private sessions — is covered separately in the booking terms.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@anastasiabellone.com. If you would like your enquiry and its details removed, say so and they will be deleted.
