Copyright in the photographs
All photographs on this website are the copyright of Anastasia Bellone Photography. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, or republished — including on social media, in advertising, or as training data — without written permission. Linking to a page on this site is always welcome; republishing the images from it is not.
Clients receive personal use rights to the images from their own session. What those rights include is set out in the booking terms.
Session bookings
Booking a photography session is governed by the booking terms, which cover the retainer, rescheduling, gallery delivery, model release, and image usage. Prices and package details shown on the services page are current at the date shown on that page and may change; the price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the one that applies.
Accuracy and availability
This site is kept accurate and up to date as carefully as possible, but it is provided as-is, without warranty. Availability is not guaranteed, and the content may be updated or corrected at any time.
Liability
Anastasia Bellone Photography is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
